The '7 stars' constellation ('Great Bear' or 'Ursa Major') is revered by all the peoples of Inner Asia, who worship the stars as gods or epic heroes. Carole established this CD label to complement the tours we arrange. She records musicians in their homelands rather than sterile Western studios, encouraging the artists to have direct control over their music and its representation.
